The … moreThe base is in its original condition but has some bends at the top where it meets the marble. The iron is malleable enough to fix these bends and adjust its position. The marble is new and has never been used. In my opinion, the marble should be securely attached to the base to create a sturdier single piece, eliminating the need to readjust the marble when the table is moved.
