1960s Denmark Large Cheese Server Knife by Dansk designs
Sculpted Cheese Knife designed by master jeweler and silversmith Vivianna Torun for Dansk.

The knife blade from tip to edge of handle is a tad more than 9 1/2" with a wood egg shaped handle is 1 1/4" at the thickest part.
Information on the production is scarce however this one is probably from the late 60's to early 1970’s. The knife is stainless steel with a round wooden handle and is marked with Dansk International Designs LTD, Torun/Denmark.

Excellent vintage condition.

Dry thoroughly and give it an occasional beauty rub with mineral oil (food grade) which will maintain the rich appearance of the piece.
