This table is fully functioning in that it has the typical tilt top and "butterfly" wedge support underneath. The table is supported by a trestle style base. The wood is a rich medium toned brown, not too light or dark, with a highly textured surface. Exposed nail heads on the boarder of the table add a rustic charm and show its history. This vintage wooden table is a space saving option, as it can be stored upright against the wall with the top tilted in as seen in the photos. This piece is a great sized table for a breakfast area or entry, but would also look fantastic in a wine cellar. See less
