This pair of gilt bronze candlesticks, dating from the mid-19th century, is an exquisite example of the craftsmanship of this era.
Each candlestick represents a cherub, one holding above his head a horn of acanthus leaves in his right hand, and the other in his left hand.
from these horns emerge finely chiseled chalices, adding a touch of delicacy and refinement.
The cherubs rest on bell-shaped bases, decorated with decorative friezes with varied motifs.
These candle holders combine both artistic beauty and functionality, making them ideal decorative pieces to bring a touch of elegance and charm to any interior.
Their detailed design and golden finish demonstrate the exceptional know-how of 19th century artisans.
