It is of amazing quality, not veneered with walnut veneer like most countertops, it is made of solid walnut wood. At the same time, it has a wonderful shape and a delicately made base, beautiful carvings on the legs. It comes from the period around 1860-1880. The carving on the base is truly unique.
In my opinion, the condition is very good considering its age. Cleaned of dust and dirt and protected again with hard ecological oil in a velvety semi-matte. Here and there there are only minor traces of historical wear and two stains on the countertop after a previous repair. All visible in the close-up photos.
