A lovely vintage Sarouk rug, handwoven circa 1940 with a floral medallion on a deep indigo, almost black field surrounded by a free-flowing terracotta border. Finely woven with lovely quality wool and great secondary colours.
Size: 2.06m x 1.35m (6ft 9in x 4ft 5in)
This rug is in excellent original condition with minimal wear. The fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
