Painting # 060898 by Van Bankston is a small scale, but bold, expression of minimalism.
A greenish dark gray color defines the overall shape, on which geometric forms of warm steel gray create a composition for interpretation and contemplation.
The painting is signed on the back. Framing is not required, having clean canvas edges.
"I hope my art encourages the viewer to stop, pause, and take a breath. My art is an invitation to the pleasure of the present moment through the qualities of color, balance, line, form, and texture for a lifegiving and empowering experience."
