Rare vintage hat rack display. Display and each head swivels and spins. Super cool and unique! Each 4 prong layer holds 4 heads for a total of 20 black material heads; the black material is removable and each head is also removable. Comes apart into 3 sections for travel. One of the felt heads has a slight tear. You most likely would not see that tear if you had a hat on it. Could also be the coolest Halloween decoration.
