Vintage Italian Reticulated Capodimonte Handled Urn Lamp w/Nudes
Gorgeous vintage mid century hand painted Italian Capodimonte porcelain table lamp that features a double handle urn shape. The top and the footed part of the lamp are reticulated and it sits on an tiered reticulated brass base. The design has lots of yellow with 3 dimensional male and female nudes with lots of swags, Greek columns, florals, roses, and dancing children. Features 24K gold accents. Has one chip on the back ege of one handle. No other damage, metal base shows a dark patina. Wiring is in good condition, lamp works well and is made for a 3 -way bulb. Lamp measures 26" to the top of the harp and 6.75" wide.
