In the middle on top of the lid is a brass medallion with the family coat of arms of christian rudolph von lengerke. (in the medallion the letters c.r. On the left and right v.l.) the coat of arms (fig.3): (see pictures) of the coat of arms: silver hunting falcon with red hood and right claw raised at a right angle with left claw. Nut growing on a brown branch from the right edge of the shield. Falcon looks to the left and stands on your blue shield. The animal of the coat of arms is repeated on a helmet, turned to the side, the visor raised and the visor bars protruding, between two outspread wings, divided into blue and silver. In the 17th century, four letters accompanied the falcon in the four corners of the shield: p.t.s.l. Post tenebras spero luca / after the darkness hope for light.
