Kazimierz Stabrowski made study trips, thus amassing numerous documents, to Palestine, Beirut, Odessa, Constantinople, Greece and Egypt.

In 1893, he found himself in France, at the Académie Julian where he perfected his art and rubbed shoulders with Benjamin-Constant and Jean-Paul Laurens.

He exhibited, among others in Paris, during the Universal Exhibition of 1900, but also in Munich (1901) and Venice (1903).

In 1904, he became the first director of the newly established Warsaw School of Fine Arts, which in 1932 became the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. Original frrame
