Woven iron screen … Read more Fine and rare antique early 19th century American Federal folding fire fender screen New York circa 1810. Woven iron screen with brass top. Hinged sides fold flat. Thin and elegant. Large size - measures 42 1/2" x 19" x 24" tall (first photo). If you choose to swing the sides out on an angle the screen can cover an even larger hearth. In the photos showing the screen open at an angle on the sides it measures 69" long at the back x 13 1/2" deep. You are able to adjust the size of the back opening and the depth by changing the angle of the sides. When fully open flat the screen measures 80" long. See less
