Vintage Nesting Black Lacquer Finish Boxes with Gold Print Design Set of Three Made in Japan
A matched set of vintage 80s made in Japan nesting trinket boxes. There were described as "lacquer finish" but they are a type of plastic. The gold designs are very elegant. A cool find.
Measurements:
LG: 5 7/8" W x 5 7/8" D x 2 3/4" H, 6.7 oz
MED: 5 1/16" W x 5 1/16" D x 2 5/16" H, 4.9 oz
SM: 4 1/4" W x 4 1/4" D x 2" H, .9 oz
Condition:
Very good vintage condition with most of the gold detailing intact and no cracks or damage. There are fine scuffs and scratches throughout, as well as wear from repeatedly nesting the boxes. These were lightly cleaned. Normal wear for age and use. Please see all photos.
