Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is an incredibly rare piece because it is painted in a realistic manner. Very few realistic nude paintings by artist Peter Keil exist, making them incredibly valuable. It is signed and dated “P. Keil ‘79” in the lower right corner. The art is in excellent condition with no flaws or chips to the paint. The canvas has minor wear on the corners as pictured, but nothing major. This piece would be gorgeous in a dramatic frame. A Certificate of Authenticity from the artist is adhered to the verso.
