This Expressionist painting titled "Floating 2" is done with oil on canvas. The size is 24 x 30 inches. The painting done in Blues and Greens to create a cool calm and relaxing feeling of the lakes of Cape Cod. While painting this landscape, I realised that it needed a subject that would finalise the painting. It was only right to have an "imaginary" person floating in this painting and enjoying my imaginary landscape. I think we all need to float more often and just enjoy nature and let everything else go. See less
