The sconces sit directly on a circular piece of bamboo, which sits flush to the wall. The bamboo is a darker color than usual, as it was stained in more recent years. The sconces have been newly re wired in a brown silk cord and feature a new brass socket. The sconces hanging mechanism can be seen on the back side of the sconces in photos above. See less
