Mid-Century Louis XV Console and Mirror in Carved and Gilded Wood, 1930s
Floral decorations.
The carving is a triumph of leafy paper and shells.
Intact mirror.
Due to age and wear, the wood requires light restoration work.
Found in an ancient noble villa in Palermo.
The mirror measures 147 cm high, 88 cm wide and 12 cm deep. The console measures 78 cm high, 119 cm wide and 26 cm deep.
