Pair of oval coffee tables with Carrara marble top supported by a sculpted cast brass base with a relief of figures is standing on four spider legs on oval feet. The figures on the leg are abstracted in a typical 1950s style and tell the story of life. Reference; Artnet 2011, 'La Foglie', coffee table by Duilio (Dubè) Barnabé (1914-1961) made in 1955 Italy for Fontana Arte. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
