Pair of Large Resin Art Deco Sculptures, Recovered from 90s Cruise Ship
These stunning Art Deco-style sculptures, each standing at an impressive height of 230 cm (90.5 inches), are true showstoppers. Crafted from resin, they feature striking details with flowing garments and elegant poses, evoking the glamorous allure of the Art Deco era. Measuring 57 cm (22.4 inches) in width and 40 cm (15.7 inches) in depth, these statues are substantial in both size and weight, each weighing 100 kg (220.5 lbs).
Originally commissioned for a luxury cruise ship in the 1990s-2000s, these figures once graced the interiors of a grand ocean liner, making them not only decorative but also steeped in history. Their silver finish gives them a modern touch while preserving the nostalgic essence of their Art Deco design.
Whether placed in a grand entryway, modern gallery, or used as statement pieces in a commercial space, these statues will captivate attention with their bold design and storied past.
