It features meticulously handcrafted reclaimed ceramic tiles with a distinctive metallic natural glaze and a strong, historically significant wood structure, combining sophistication with visual allure.
The Pewabic Reclaimed Table’s top is adorned with nine handcrafted, dead-stock authentic Pewabic tiles from the original Detroit factory, used in the Detroit Metro Airport’s recent renovation. Each 4” x 4” tile, with its metallic custom glaze, infuses the table with a vibrant, modern artistic touch.
The table’s wood is sourced from presses used at the 1900s Hudson Car Stamping factory in Detroit. Known for producing Cadillac’s metal body panels, these custom wood presses havE lent each piece a century’s worth of unique character and charm.
