A large 18th century carved, gilt and lacquered wall screen in a black rectangular frame with pierced octagons and carved foo lions, animals, trees, mountains and Chinese characters. The Chinese translation: “Good fortune in the family, having a new generation (new born), to be famous and important someday.” Lee Lun (signed in the lower left hand corner).
