This is a gorgeous large dome ring by designer Casato. It is crafted from 18k yellow and white gold featuring a high dome top with red enamel, around the entire top of the dome approximately 20mm long curved like strips in white gold set with sparkling diamonds. Inside the dome is a cut out gallery and the shank blends with the band in yellow gold. It is signed by the designer with the gold content.
