Bitton, this impressive authentic ring is crafted from 18k white gold with a polished finish featuring a wide dome band set with round cut pink sapphire gemstones, four long bars are attached to the band and stand high above with a large pear shape frame, the bars and frame is decorated with round cut diamonds and mounted in the center is a stunning large pear shape amethyst gemstone. It is signed Sonia B. 18k.
