This an an authentic safety pin brooch from Aaron Basha, it is crafted from 18k yellow gold with a silver metal pin. The head of the safety pink is a heart shape with blue enamel and has tiny flush set diamonds. The top of the long side of the pin has white enamel and it is signed AB 750.
