Inspiration involved reflections on there being no light without shadow or contrasting moments. Heavily textured modern and abstract landscape. The painting is oil, handmade paper, melted silver leaf, organic metallic semi-precious pigments of silver and dark sunset gold, Italian crushed marble, gel granules, and fabric lace on gallery wrapped canvas and has lightly textured black edges.
