There are some holes and rips throughout the upholstery. There are paint marks on the backs of the back rests as if they were rubbing and resting on a wall. Seats are worn. The walnut frame has scratches, scuffs, and wear marks throughout every chair but no major issues. These chairs could be used as-is or you can restore them.
