This fun and folksy piece is a bit of a departure for me. I tried to make it look a … Read more This fun and folksy piece is a bit of a departure for me. I tried to make it look a little more folk-art-like with the fun bird toy on the top left, the tent on the bottom right and the statuesque American Dipper. I used many layers of acrylic paint and mediums along with pencil, crayon and colored pencil. The 20" x 16" cradled panel has been painted a deep chocolate brown on the sides so that it is ready to hang as is. The artist is LWren Walraven who is the owner and operator of Wrenz Art. See less
