These … Read more Hand made in England Baxter & Lee Satin Birch Bow Fronted chest of drawers with matching side table cupboards. These are part of a larger suite, I have in total the chest of drawers which is being listed ensuite with the side tables, a corner TV cabinet and a much larger bank of drawers which is a large sideboard size, this sale is for the item mentioned in the title only with the other pieces being listed under my other items and not included in this sale These are an exceptionally good looking and well made suite, they can be used in any setting, in a bedroom with a table either side of the bed or in a living room setting, they are super versatile and work really with anything and anywhere The quality is sublime, the are made from bent satin birch to the front over oak frames, the drawer have traditionally hand cut dovetail joints, each piece has the Baxter & Lee silver plaque to the front, these are pure quality The condition is very good for the period, we have deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished them from top to bottom, there may be some age and use related patina marks to the top, mostly they are in fine order.
