Iconic coronado sofa, designed in 1966 by afra and tobia scarpa and produced by c&b italia (now b&b italia) in 1970.
this example is in excellent vintage condition and is upholstered in the classic original tobacco-colored fabric, a warm, enveloping shade that enhances the model's elegant form.
the coronado is famous for its balance between comfort and formal rigor: a solid structure, soft lines, and the innovative crisscrossed elastic strap springing system (patented by b&b italia). A must-have of postwar italian design.
