Monique amélie cras, born in brest in 1910 and died in paris in 2007, was a french painter and poster artist. The daughter of composer jean cras, she studied under jean-paul laurens and louis roger at the école nationale supérieure des beaux-arts. She exhibited as early as 1926 at the salon des artistes français and, in 1928, at the salon d'automne, of which she was a member, where she presented the painting ecce homo. She also participated in the salon des indépendants.
