About: Fantastic Caucasian with multiple borders and a unique all-over abstract geometric Boteh or Shrub design with village motifs woven throughout - true nomadic essence! All natural wool foundation giving it a nice floppy handle and if you look closely you will see small deep indigo-blue-black knots that look like freckles throughout the upper two-thirds of the rug - this weaver could have been honoring the stars above for the seeds below. We'll never know, but what we do know is that she was talented and phenomenally artistic!!

This rug is one-of-a-kind, only one in the world, no others are available.

Because of the nature and age of these older/antique handmade pieces, irregularities and age-related wear are likely to exist and are not considered defects.
