This painting by Van Bankston is a contemporary classic made up of refreshing colors loosely arranged on a traditional grid pattern. The soft lines, defining and separating the colorful shapes, offer a reassuring structure. The color combination resonates with confidence.
The painting is signed on the back. Framing is not required, having clean canvas edges.
"I hope my art encourages the viewer to stop, pause, and take a breath. My art is an invitation to the pleasure of the present moment through the qualities of color, balance, line, form, and texture for a lifegiving and empowering experience."
