Hand knotted in durable wool pile, the central sage green floral medallion resembles antique Mihrab designs signifying the gateway to Paradise, complemented by the rustic and crimson red background elevating varied peonie, leaf, and running water motifs representing power, regeneration, and vitality. While the inner and guard border depicts a mirrored vine scroll pattern with subtle ram’s horn motifs (signifying fertility and power) against a dimensional beige background, the middle border employs exceptionally stylized geometric leaf and seedling patterns also wrapping the field.
