This necklace features 120 natural diamonds of VS1 clarity/F-G color and 160 round cut blue sapphires. The necklace is designed to close to a 15-inch opening but as it's spring-loaded could accommodate more, truly a magnificent piece that has the look, feeling, and presence of a Cartier signed piece. Included is the original blue presentation box marked for Michalis of Greece.
