This could be a fold out from the encyclopedia set from the late 1800s or early 1900s. Condition appears good and undamaged although it has not been removed from the frame and inspected. The matte has a defect lower left, see photos. The map itself measures 11.5” x 9” within the matte and 18” x 16”overall framed under glass and ready to hang.
