Pair of Italian Louis Philippe chairs in walnut, Lombardy, mid-century. XIX.
Oval shaped and carved open back, seat with shaped wooden band padded and covered in quality fabric in shades of red and ochre, recently replaced, LXV shaped front legs ending in a curl, shaped rear legs joining in the upper back oval, Louis Philippe I of France, Duke of Orleans, reign from 1830 to 1848.
