This colourful candle holder has a distinctive organic shape for two candles in fat lava glazed ceramic.
It features a striking colour combination of vibrant glazed ceramic in orange and earthy brown with fat lava decorations.
Rare find due to its shape.
Use it as a decorative sculpture or put some candles in to heat up the night adding a fiery accent in any decoration.

The pottery of Vallauris born at the time of the Roman occupation was revived by Picasso with a new creative impetus to the pottery.
This resulted in the arrival of artists like Jean Marais and many others.
Vallauris became fashionable in the years 1950-60, and developed ceramics as art.
