The Alaska line was designed by Matthew Adams while he was still working at the studio of his famous contemporary Sascha Brastoff. The moment he began to work in his own studio Adams started to sign the Alaskan pieces prominently with his own name.
This ashtray or catch-all up for offer is one of his iconic pieces depicting a young Inuit.
Hand painted, numbered (no. 149) and signed.
