This romantic table lamp was made in the early 40s in italy and is attributed to carlo scarpa. In amazing condition, with chips or cracks. This finely crafted lamp recalls the the shape of a bell flower. The base and the lampshade were handmade by the murano craftsman of the time in a beautiful clear glass that is at its best when lit, and are connected by a stunning brass body that has been kept with its natural patina, which amplifies it's charm and historical value. The lamp is wired and tested, compatible with us and eu/uk standards, it uses a single e14 light bulb. A graceful example of early midcentury italian craftsmanship, that will perfectly enlighten a midcentury-style living room or bedroom. Dimensions (cm) : diameter - 11 height - 18
