ABOUT THE ARTIST
Pamela Baldwin, 1944-2021, was a wildlife artist and designer who concentrated on animal art and portraiture. She was also an applied arts designer of French porcelains. Two of her collections were purchased by Limoges and sold worldwide. Baldwin also designed hand-painted English enamel boxes, as well as fabrics and wallpapers. Many of her animal portraits of dogs and horses were commissions. Her love of them resulted in an extensive collection of American and British Fox Hound images. She also painted endangered birds, butterflies and other species, many of which are still available on notecards. See less
