Artist's Statement: "This painting originally looked different, and though it had 22 saves on it and looked sure to sell there was just something that bothered me about it. So I repainted it, as part of a new series of figurative paintings I am doing (most of my work is abstract). I am a lot happier with it now. I also put it in a professional float frame, which looks great on it. I don't like to beat collectors over the head with titles and 'meanings,' but this series has to do with the relationship between language and the corresponding visual associations."
On deep profile, gallery-wrapped canvas, ready to hang.
