The fixture is in excellent condition with no imperfections. It comes from a smoke-free home, and the original owner is selling it. The package includes assembly and installation instructions. One of the inner glass shades is broken, but I have a dealer in Vermont who sold me all the Hubbardton Forge lights, and I’ll be happy to refer you to them. The cost will be about $100.
