Dolbi Cashier brass whale sculpture. Great proportion and lines.
This is nice sculpture mounted on a base. I am not sure what the base is made of, but it feels and sounds like metal.
What I understand about Dolbi Cashier- they produced high-end decorative objects which were designed by owner Ed Schulman. They were produced in Italy and Korea.

Total measurements including base are approximately (in inches):
16.25 h x 11.25 w, 5 inches d (the base width, the whale is approximately 2 in).
Base alone approximately: 7.5 w x 5 d x 2.5 h.

There is a mark near the fin on the surface of the black base (please see photo close up). There is some wear to the base and the piece. This is a heavy duty brass sculpture so it has worn well. There is a patina to the finish. Very nice. There is wear to the makers mark and lint and wear on the velvet on the under side of the base. less
