Rich in both character and craftsmanship, it showcases traditional Scottish detailing throughout, most notably the elegant columned sides of the upper cabinet—an architectural motif synonymous with classic Scottish design.

The upper doors retain their original wavy glass, subtly rippled with age and utterly charming, allowing a glimpse of treasured wares within. The tops of the doors are adorned with delicate hand-carved embellishments, lending the piece a refined sense of artistry. Above, a proud corniced top frames the cabinet with quiet authority.

The lower portion is sturdy and well-balanced, comprising three generous central drawers flanked by two side cupboards with panelled doors—offering both practicality and poise. A solid plinth base grounds the piece with a sense of permanence, while the warm, time-worn patina of the pine speaks to its age and authenticity.
