He is best known for his landscapes and scenes of everyday life, often inspired by the surroundings of his native region. Bressler studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Geneva, where he developed his style, characterized by a subtle use of color and a particular focus on the interplay of light. Although less renowned than some of his contemporaries, his works reflect a deep connection with nature and local traditions.
