A pair of Antique Wine Barrel Lids Repurposed as Wall Art with a professionally executed oil painting (end of 18th beginning of 19th century). The Wine Barrel Art would make the perfect accessory for a Wine Room, bar or any room in your house.
One of the wonderfully executed paintings depicts a river near a bridge and a mill. In the background there is a beautiful blue sky with clouds and very handsome, majestic mountains while to the right there is a charming house/ mill surrounded by impressive trees.
The second painting depicts a river, and a large tree as the focal point surrounded by beautiful vegetation and small trees. An old wooden fence separates the foreground from the background which seems to end far away in a forest with mountains behind them and a beautiful morning blue sky with misty light clouds.
Both barrel lids are in good condition, with only a minor repair on the back of one, which does not impact the visible, painted side.
