1950s Brass & Perspex Tripod Table Lamp by Stilux Milano.
This elegantly sculptural table lamp is characteristic of the highly refined Italian lighting design aesthetics of the midcentury era as embodied by the legendary firm of Stilnovo. Executed in opaline perspex and pale yellow diffuser with patinated brass stem. Unmarked.
Stilux Milano was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their incomparable designs have long been sought after by collectors of fine lighting.
Professionally rewired for US electrical with new period-style US wall plug and 7' black cloth double-twist cord. Switch on the cable. Accommodates 1x 60w max equivalent standard candelabra base (e12) LED bulb (LED only, not included). Not UL listed.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, patina, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy.
