It features a shapely marble top with a sculpted edge over a richly designed apron with carved work of scrolling foliate and small floral motifs. Raised upon two cabriole legs with scrolled feet, joined by a carved ornament at the bottom. The black marble has bold white veining with shades of gray. The console is in good antique condition with a nicely aged patina giving it a desirable, old-world appeal. It has some small surface imperfections that do not affect the structural soundness or beauty of this piece. Marble is in good condition with no cracks. A beautiful table with a lovely shape and balanced design with the hallmarks of fine Italian craftsmanship. See less
