I was fortunate to locate this beauty at an estate sale in Santa Barbara, CA near president Ronald Reagan ranch. Amazingly, this runner is in awesome condition, usually hallways have lots of traffic and any rinner at this age could start showing wear but this was in a second floor hallway, therefore, it had much less traffic in recent years. Lilihan rugs are famous for their awesome floral pattern,peachy, salmon , roseyground & Armenian weave, which have high kpsi. Another advantage about this besides being 20' long and excellent condition, its width is only 3' because majority of the runners come in wider width.
