Hand-knotted in wool and originating from Turkey circa 1950-1960, this 4x6 vintage Tulu rug is an extremely rare piece like so few of its provenance.
On the Design:
Tulus are some of the most sought-after high-pile and shag rugs, often mentioned in the same breath as Greek Flokati and Moroccan rugs for their own unique take on a lush, comfortable look and feel.
